Malcolm Tullett

Malcolm is a former senior London Fire Brigade officer and consultant in fire engineering, building control and safety management. As Chairman (founder), he leads RS+ delivery across fire-safety services, strategy and training, keeping solutions practical and aligned to standards. He guides projects from concept to operation, helping clients demonstrate compliance and strengthen company health and safety.
