Additional cost considerations

The formal cost estimate that will be provided, upon receipt of your instruction(s) are conditional upon the following:

Prompt and accurate instructions: We require clear and timely guidance to ensure efficient delivery of your report.
Completion of a fact-find: The fact-find document that will be provided must be filled out accurately to the best of your ability.
Submission-ready plans: Early provision of submission-ready plans is essential. If additional work is required to prepare the plans, we will charge by the hour.
No undue delays: Our cost estimates assume no significant delays outside of our control.
Scope stability: The cost covers the original scope of works. Revisions due to design changes or additional advice for non-compliant features will incur additional charges.
